Marco Moukhaiber was sued by IM Mastery Academy (formerly known as IMarketsLive or IML) for a variety of reasons, including:

1. Breach of contract: Moukhaiber was accused of breaching his contract with IM Academy by misusing trade secrets, confidential information, and proprietary software.
2. Intellectual property infringement: IM Academy alleged that Moukhaiber used its trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials without permission, and also created derivative works based on IM Academy’s proprietary software.
3. Unfair competition: IM Academy claimed that Moukhaiber engaged in unfair competition by using IM Academy’s confidential and proprietary information to set up a competing business.
4. Tortious interference: IM Academy accused Moukhaiber of intentionally interfering with its contractual relationships and business prospects by soliciting its employees, customers, and distributors to leave and join his new company.
